摘要:
基于电机的输出电磁转矩跟供电电源频率成反比,在不改变传统软起动系统主电路结构的基础上,有选择性地控制晶闸管的导通和关断,使得一些工频半波不导通,一些工频半波导通,对加在电机定子端的电压进行离散变频,使得变频后的基波频率发生变化,通过降低电压频率使得输出起动转矩增大。本系统基于dsp高速数据处理能力,仿真试验和实验装置的实验结果表明离散变频软起动器能够满足重载起动情况下减小起动电流,同时提高转矩的起动要求,控制效果良好,再次验证了离散变频软起动的可行性。

abstract:
the output torque of the motor is inversely proportional to the power supply frequency, without changing the traditional soft start system on the main circuit structure, transistors can be selectively controlled to be turned on and off, thus some half-wave frequency is not turned on while other half-wave frequency is turned on, then the voltage applied to the motor stator is discrete, so that the frequency of the fundamental wave changes and the starting torque is increased by reducing the voltage frequency. discrete frequency-control soft starting system is designed based on dsp which has a high-speed data processing capability.the simulation results and the experimental results of the experimental device designed show that the starting current of heavy load starting is reduced and the torque’s starting requirement is improved by using this discrete frequency soft starter. in short, this control system works well. and the feasibility of the discrete frequency soft start is verified once again.
