随着国家碳达峰、碳中和目标的提出，新能源汽车产业也逐渐进入技术发展的新阶段，配套充电桩的布局和建设在不断扩大的同时，对充电功率及充电速度提出了更高的需求。传统15KW、20KW充电模块已无法满足高速充电要求。为此，中航光电推出了满足40KW充电模块的国网接口CZ36E系列连接器，并且可兼容30KW充电模块使用。

产品介绍
- 产品接口采用国网充电模块接口，兼容性强，具有TUV&UL认证；
- 产品采用冠簧结构，传输电流高、接触可靠电阻低；
- 插头为弯式焊接，插座为直式压线结构，电源压接线径6 AWG，信号有焊接和压接结构；
- 插座安装后，与浮动螺钉配合具有±0.65mm浮动；

连接器适配电压范围广：
输入端额定电流：80A/pin；额定电压：1000V AC；
输出端额定电流：80A/pin或140A/ 2pin；额定电压：1000V DC。
Introduction
- Strong compatibility by adapting state grid standard charging module interface, with TUV & UL certificates
- Crown spring structure for high current transmission and low contact resistance
- Termination: 90° welding termination of plugs, straight crimping termination of receptacles, in which power contacts use crimping structure with 6 AWG wire, and signal contacts use welding / crimping structure
- ± 0.65mm floating matched with floating screws after installing receptacles
- Rated current: 80A / pin of b end, 80A / pin or 140A / pin of output end

CZ36E系列连接器可用于符合国网接口的30KW、40KW充电模块，大幅提升充电功率、缩短用户充电时间；也可应用于UPS电源、通讯电源，光伏储能等诸多领域。
CZ36E series can be compatible with 30KW and 40KW charging modules by state grid standard, greatly improving the charging power and shortening the charging time. This series can also be used in UPS power supply, communication power supply, photovoltaic, energy storage, etc.
